All standard suncatchers are made entirely from copper wire, either enamelled or colour coated, using as much as 10 metres for each one.
There are 42 x 16mm marbles in various colour schemes, each held in place only by the wire cage itself. No glue.
Swarovski® Sun Pendant Crystals are used as standard for all my suncatchers now so you will be rewarded with a display of many little rainbows around the room when placed in direct sunlight. The crystals in the photographs are Crystal Silver Night.
Inspired by the Etsy seller Tapestry Arabian Farms in the USA, these are available in the UK with standard postage included from the Isle of Man.

My name is Carol and I’ve lived on this beautiful island for 16 years. My main employment is as a pharmacist so this is very much a hobby for now…
Inspiration came in the form of an old summerhouse, donated as firewood but which I had rebuilt overlooking the Sulby river. I decided it needed accessorising and started looking for wind chimes and suncatchers. The only suncatcher that took my eye was one made by a seller called “TapestryArabianFarms” in America. Shipping was expensive to start with and having been charged additional customs fees, I decided to have a go at making them myself. It took a while to perfect the technique for making the marble cages, but once I had, the product was born.
Each original suncatcher includes 42 marbles of either glass or semi-precious stones, approximately 10 metres of copper wire and in all cases for now, Swarovski crystal finishings. Unfortunately Swarovski have changed their wholesale terms and conditions so once I run out of those (Still have plenty for now) I will use other crystal products but I’m sure these will not detract from the intended effects.
Since starting this hobby I had the opportunity to learn about resin craft… I’m hooked. I still try to work by the suncatcher theme but as colourful practical items, ornaments and resin suncatchers.
