The concept of beach powder and beach powder shimmer was inspired by the beautiful sandy beaches of the Isle of Man. Founder Stephanie’s family has always lived on the island and it’s where she was born and lives now, just minutes from the beach, with her husband and two children.

Stephanie created the products in her kitchen knowing that they would make everyone’s beach-days go smoothly. Sure enough, beach powder and beach powder shimmer have proved so popular since their launch in April 2019 that they’re now available across the British Isles, in Europe, Africa and the USA and, of course, on the Isle of Man!  Stephanie was able to move production to a small factory in Douglas where she continues to make the products by hand.

Living on an island as beautiful as the Isle of Man means Stephanie cares immensely about reducing plastic waste and keeping the stunning beaches and countryside clean. That’s why she sourced recycled cardboard tubes for the packaging of beachpowder and beachpowder shimmer and totally plastic-free ingredients for the cosmetic glitter.

So now you can leave the beach smoothly and leave the beach…..clean!
