We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Earrings must be unworn - We cannot accept returns on earrings if they have been tried on or worn. Items that cannot be returned include: Items made to a non-standard size, specifically for an order. Items personalised for the customer. Sales items are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any one-of-a-kind commissioned items. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
