  Everything you see here is handmade and handcut by me here in my studio on the fabulous Isle of Man. For me “ Homestyle” can mean anything from cushions to storage boxes - embroidered pictures to soft decorations.  (I’m in the mood for pictures at the moment so I’m working on a few of those).

Manx residents might like to know that if you want to send a purchase direct to someone in the UK, it's as simple as filling in the appropriate address!  I'll even add a card if you like!

If you live outside the UK you might want to get in touch with me first as overseas postage can sometimes be prohibitive.

So whatever you are doing, snuggling in front of the fire cuddling the cat or taking your beloved pooch for a walk in the woods - ENJOY!

William Morris said “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful” and I rather think this little fabric basket fills the bill.

There are SO many things you can use this caddy for! You could fill it with sweets, sewing notions, cosmetics, cotton buds and make up remover pads. You can use it to keep small items tidy in your study, living room, bedroom or bathroom. I picture this one filled with Pot Pourri or pinecones as an autumnal decorative accent somewhere in your home. Plus, what a great gift it would be filled with almost anything! And – bearing in mind it packs flat – you could even take it on holiday with you to put your watch, jewellery or loose change in your hotel room at night.

This one is made from a rich Brocade in Autumn colours and measures approximately 8.5 inches (21.5 cms) wide by 3 inches (7.5 cms) deep and 4 inches (10 cms) high and is fully lined in toning 100% cotton.

By the way – although these baskets – or podlets as I call them – are made from fabric, I would NOT chuck them in the washer! Spot cleaning would be best.

This is the only one in this fabric – but I do have a selection of luscious fabrics in mind for future podelts!
