Hand made by myself with care and attention to detail I never solder any of my rings so they can always be stretched slightly wider or squeezed tighter to perfect your fit.
This is a perfect unisex ring that makes a statement.
I only use solid silver for crafting my jewellery, I never use silver-plated materials so sometimes there are light surface scratches and slight patina on my rings, this is to be expected due to age. My rings are not made from a brand new piece of silver. Any scratches and signs of wear add to its character also being hand-crafted, this ring may not be as perfectly round as a mass-produced machine-made ring might be. This does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all!
Spoon rings were first made in 17th century England as wedding gifts by servants who could not afford expensive precious metals. Servants would steal a silver spoon from their master and have it turned into a wedding ring to be worn on the thumb of their true love. Servants who were caught were sentenced for “stealing a silver spoon” and this expression of love would be punished with a sentence of 7 years imprisonment overseas.
Ever since these times, spoon rings have been a timeless and unique gift of love, a wonderful piece of heritage not forgotten.
