HAPPY AUGUST

I’M BAAAAAAACK!

      Well, August may have started off in a rather crummy way - weatherwise here on the Isle of Man - but I'm confident there are lots more sunny, happy days ahead! With this in mind, I'm thinking of bags and purses that you can carry with you to parties, weddings, the beach etc etc and so you will find some of these "Summer Specials" listed with a few more to come. I'm also pondering a Summer Special Sale.... to run for August.  So check those out - along with my latest products. Whatever you are doing this month - have a happy, happy time!

A handy, zipped top clutch purse/wristlet in mellow colours of brown, muted reds and a touch of green as a gift for a loved one – or a treat for yourself?
It’s made of soft brown Ultrasuede paired with a lovely tartan fabric and fully lined in 100% cotton in complementary colours. The tartan and the suede front is divided by a curvy line of embroidery – toning well with both brown and red. The detachable strap – which can also be used as a key fob – is made of brown leather and accented with the same tartan/plaid.
When using as a wristlet bag there’s plenty of room for your phone, cash, keys and a few cards. Perfect to stash in your bigger bag if you are going out straight from work. The zipped top also means nothing will escape to the bottom of your larger tote!
Of course you can detach the fob and use it separately and use the bag as a neat bag for your cosmetics.
It packs completely flat and comes tissue wrapped. It measures 7.5 inches (19.5 cms) wide by 5.25 inches (14cms) high.
All sewn by me in my home studio right here on the beautiful Isle of Man.
There is only one in this colourway.

I’ve been a Fabricaholic, sewist and embroiderer for as long as I can remember and this obsession has started slowly but surely to extend itself into other areas – mainly embroidery and handmade bags.

I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting designs to enhance my products and add that unique touch.

My main focus is bags which vary from make up bags to tote bags to high end leather handbags. I use a great variety of fabrics from linen to leather, cotton to cork.

I also make items for home decor – embroidered pictures, embroidered tea towels, AGA pads, fabric storage boxes etc – even the odd cushion!  You can find these in my sister store Cinnamon Homestyle.

I mostly make what I love and hope that someone else will love it too and want to own it.

Everything I make is made by me – right here on the Isle of Man in my home studio.
