I love to paint and I’ll paint on pretty much anything. Paper, canvas, linen, ceramics-it’s all a wonderful adventure and my store reflects the many avenues I explore as a fine artist.  The Isle of Man and its rich cultural heritage has had a huge influence on the way I work and though it may not be obvious in my subject matter, my studies at Isle of Man College (as it was when I did my foundation under Norman Sayle) informed my view of the world and the marvels that surround me  As a painter I believe that it is very important to use the very best materials and I think this is reflected in the degree of detail and the vibrant colour in my work.
