So what have I been up to lately?  You’ll find some lovely summer bags on the site and also some cute phone pouches which are ideal when you want to carry a little more than your phone and a card or two.  These are great - and I plan to make lots more!

 

I've also been using more Ukranian Embroidery designs on bags.  This one is my latest in black leather with an adjustable strap.

I've also been experimenting with Needlefelting and this lovely Kindle case is the result.

By the way, if you are a visitor you might like to know that everything on my site can be purchased online and shipped to your home address.

I really wish you could see this item ‘in the flesh’! It is SO soft and fits just perfectly into the hand. To call it simply a ‘make up bag’ does it a disservice as it is so much more!

From its gently curved zipper to its turquoise and Old Gold coloured embellishment it truly is one of a kind. In fact I have been hoarding this small piece of dark chocolate Goatskin for ages – waiting to find the right bag. I’ve even hand made a special zipper pull to complement the embellishment.

It is fully lined of course with 100% cotton in a complementary tone and is softly padded – both to emphasise its form and to protect whatever you choose to put in it.

It’s so special it even comes with its own custom made calico storage bag.

I’ve been a Fabricaholic, sewist and embroiderer for as long as I can remember and this obsession has started slowly but surely to extend itself into other areas – mainly embroidery and handmade bags.

I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting designs to enhance my products and add that unique touch.

My main focus is bags which vary from make up bags to tote bags to high end leather handbags. I use a great variety of fabrics from linen to leather, cotton to cork.

I also make items for home decor – embroidered pictures, embroidered tea towels, AGA pads, fabric storage boxes etc – even the odd cushion!  You can find these in my sister store Cinnamon Homestyle.

I mostly make what I love and hope that someone else will love it too and want to own it.

Everything I make is made by me – right here on the Isle of Man in my home studio.
