We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at petrichor-111@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Earrings are non-refundable, but can be exchanged, or a credit note provided, to the value of the original purchase. Earrings must be unworn - We cannot accept returns on earrings if they have been tried on or worn. Items that cannot be returned include: Items made to a non-standard size, specifically for an order. Items personalised for the customer. Sales items are all non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any one-of-a-kind commissioned items. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
