Pandemic Selfie

‘Pandemic Selfie’ is a mixed media work of art that is a response to the corona virus pandemic. This artwork is an assemblage that includes a range of materials and artistic techniques incl. photography, stitching both on canvas and threading wire through tin. The piece works particularly well when light casts a shadow of the wire bars onto the image of the face.
This is truly a ‘Lockdown’ piece and is definitely Quirky!
It is ready to hang on a wall as it has a wire hanger on the back or it can stand up on a shelf independently.
