Hello November!

 

I'm a little bit late updating my little blogette here at Cinnamon Embroidery but I hope you are having a good November so far.

I've been working hard and have a couple of new items for you this month including a lovely leather purse/wallet and a pretty pouch featuring a cute little owl wreath made from cream felt and lined with faux suede.  Oh and in the cosy department don't forget to check out the hand crocheted cowls and fingerless gloves.  These have been very popular and I hope to make more if I can fit a few in.

The Star Collection by Cinnamon Embroidery features a range of stylish and practical accessories that are perfect for everyday use.

And here’s Number Four! This lovely slimline pouch is ideal for so many uses. It can be for make up storage, pencils (know any budding artists?), make up brushes or even craft items such as small scissors and crochet hooks. I’m sure you can think of more! What about storage for your ear pods and charger cords when you go away?

Coordinating with the rest of the collection, including the signature leather applique star, this pouch is fully lined and its secure zipped top means nothing is going to go astray in your suitcase or large tote bag.

It measures 10.5 inches (26.5 cms) by 4 inches (10 cms) and – here’s the thing – it’s 2 inches (5 cm) wide across the bottom.

I really love this one and may well make some others in different fabrics so I can keep one – or two 😉

I’ve been a Fabricaholic, sewist and embroiderer for as long as I can remember and this obsession has started slowly but surely to extend itself into other areas – mainly embroidery and handmade bags.

I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting designs to enhance my products and add that unique touch.

My main focus is bags which vary from make up bags to tote bags to high end leather handbags. I use a great variety of fabrics from linen to leather, cotton to cork.

I also make items for home decor – embroidered pictures, embroidered tea towels, AGA pads, fabric storage boxes etc – even the odd cushion!  You can find these in my sister store Cinnamon Homestyle.

I mostly make what I love and hope that someone else will love it too and want to own it.

Everything I make is made by me – right here on the Isle of Man in my home studio.
