Postal Address We really want you to enjoy our items so please make sure when you place your order that you enter the correct postal address. Unfortunately we are not responsible if the wrong postal address has been provided.
We aim to ship your items within 3 working days of your order being placed. If the order includes a commission or the item requires customisations, there will be a longer waiting time which will be made clear on the listing or via email communication. N.B. As we are based on the Isle of Man there are occasions out of our control where guaranteed shipping may be difficult e.g. impact of weather. We do our very best to make sure that your items are wrapped to ensure a safe delivery. We use a combination of packaging, if however, you are unhappy with the way a package has arrived please take photographs and contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review this on a case by case basis. If you need an item for a gift or an event. We would recommend that you allow adequate time for delivery. If you do require next day delivery as an emergency please send us an email and we will do our best to help. Domestic Parcels within the UK are normally sent ‘Signed for’ or ‘Special Delivery’.
