Shipping Policy
All orders will be dispatched or be ready to collect within 3 working days, unless otherwise advised.
Delivery to Isle of Man Addresses:
All orders with Isle of Man addresses will be sent via a local delivery company. A flat rate of £4.20 will be charged for postage and packing.
Free Isle of Man Collection:
If you would prefer to collect your order there will be no delivery charges applied when you choose this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to advise you of the address for collection.
Delivery to UK Addresses
Delivery charges for UK addresses are based on the combined weight of your order (this includes packaging materials).
Orders with a total combined weight up to 1kg will be sent via 'Standard Delivery'. Your order will be sent via Isle of Man Post where it will then join the Royal Mail postal system. Delivery is generally between 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days. Occasionally there are delays with mail leaving the Isle of Man in which case an email will be sent to you to advise that there may be a slightly longer delivery time.
Delivery charges for Standard Delivery are as follows:
Orders up to 500g - £5.00
Orders up to 1kg - £6.60
Delivery charges for Courier Delivery are as follows:
Orders with a combined weight above 1kg will be sent via the Evri courier service. Delivery will generally be within 3-4 working days. A tracking number will be provided for your order.
Orders from 1kg to 2kg - £8.40
Orders from 2kg to 5kg - £9.90
Orders from 5kg to 10kg - £10.50
International Delivery:
Due to regulatory reasons I am currently unable to ship orders to addresses outside of the Isle of Man and UK.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch; if you have not received your order within this time frame then do please get in touch.
Return Policy
- Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. - Items must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging. - Return postage costs must be paid for by the customer and proof of postage is recommended.
